Susan, I want to thank you for the excellent service you provided for me recently. I don’t make recommendations for marine service easily or often as normally I am paying for a service that I am waiting way too long for and also made to feel like I am an inconvenience. As you know, I had fuel separation in one of my fuel tanks which limited my cruising. I went to a local marina and received an estimate for hauling the boat out and pumping the tank dry. They said they would not be able to do it right away as they have limited space for larger boats. They took all my information on a work order and would be in touch when available. Susan at Concierge Mobile Marine was a great help to us when we arrived from out of the area, as part of a long distance voyage on our boat, with some exhaust system issues on our Cummins diesel engines. We tried first to find a mechanic through the manufacturer’s listings, and via other online sources. Our enquiries were met with either no response, or a: “Sorry, it will be weeks until we could schedule you” (if even then) kind of replies. Desperate to continue our trip with a minimal delay, we reached out to Susan to see if her connections could help find us some much needed help. To our delight, it is always a pleasant surprise when you find someone that exceeds your expectations. Susan connected us with a mechanic who was able to attend to our boat on a much quicker timeframe. But not just that, a service provider who was knowledgeable, has the necessary resources and was priced fairly. It is nearly impossible to find someone that is honest, capable, experienced, and trustworthy when it comes to working on boats! We were lucky enough to hear about Concierge Marine and their network of "guys" so we thought we would give them a call. BEST DECISION EVER! Engine trouble left us stranded on a Sunday and when we called it was such a surprise and relief to hear her voice. Someone was on the boat the next day to assess the issue and give us an estimate of costs and a date which the work would be completed by. To our surprise, the next day it was done, and we were on our way back to our home marina. A few weeks later we needed help again and although we were told the parts we needed were impossible to find, the magic happened again, and the work was completed within a week.
